UPcars.com Advertising Policy

1. Ads for vehicles are placed until they sell for the fee of $29.00. This is a one time fee. Our mailing address is UPcars.com, PO Box 267, Wells, MI 49894. Or you can use any major credit card.
2. When you place your ad you will receive an access number for your ad. You will be able to Modify your ad for Free until it is sold. Remember you must renew your ad every 30 days "for free" or your ad will automaticly be removed.
3. Ads must be renewed "for free" once every 30 days or will automaticly be removed.
4. Sold vehicles should be removed by clicking in the Remove box and entering your access number.
5. Multi vehicle listing discounts are available. See the information on the ad order screen.
6. Vehicle price adjustment are free.
7. Dealers contact us for dealer options.
8. UPcars.com retains the right to refuse any advertisement or sponsorship that it believes to be incompatible with its mission.

We do not warranty any products, or services listed. By listing or shopping for a vehicle you assume all responsibility for purchases. When buying a vehicle all transactions will be between you and the selling party.
